Founded in 2006, Naturally Pilates continues to develop and grow aspiring to create a sense of overall well-being for clients who attend our classes. The studio is set in a tranquil environment, with sunlight spreading throughout, engendering a calm and relaxed environment.

We include training for rehabilitation, pre and post pregnancy exercises and cross training of athletes.
We offer group sessions; to men & women of all ages, which includes the use of balls, bands, weights, foam rollers, circles and arcs, enhancing the basic mat regime.
Individual and Duet class sessions are complimented with the use of the Reformer, the Chair and Wall units (Trapeze Table variation). This equipment is designed to challenge and support the body through the use of spring resistance, as well as providing neck, foot and hand support.
